    • Only settled transactions are eligible for refunds.

    • To initiate a refund, provide the transaction ID, date of payment, and a brief description of the reason for the refund request.
    • Refund requests can be submitted via email to team@novellusdigital.com.
  3. Refund Types:
    • Full Refund: Provided for transactions canceled before work begins.
    • Partial Refund: Available for partially completed services. Refund amounts will be prorated based on work completed.
  4. Non-Refundable Fees:
    • Processing fees associated with payments (e.g., credit card processing fees) are non-refundable.
  5. Processing Time:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank.
  6. Exclusions:
    • Refunds are not available for custom project fees or services explicitly noted as non-refundable in contracts.
