- Only settled transactions are eligible for refunds.

- To initiate a refund, provide the transaction ID, date of payment, and a brief description of the reason for the refund request.

- Refund Types:
- Full Refund: Provided for transactions canceled before work begins.
- Partial Refund: Available for partially completed services. Refund amounts will be prorated based on work completed.
- Non-Refundable Fees:
- Processing fees associated with payments (e.g., credit card processing fees) are non-refundable.
- Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank.
- Exclusions:
- Refunds are not available for custom project fees or services explicitly noted as non-refundable in contracts.
